"Promenade"

A complete design with the participation of two external architects, licensed under the Cultural and Historical Heritage Act, of the 'Promenade' hotel, located at 32 Alexander Battenberg St, Burgas, and the 'Promenade' villa located at 1 Republikanska St. The buildings, monuments of cultural and historical heritage, are located in zone 1/Central Heritage site - the historical core of Burgas, which Heritage Site to the east borders the Sea Garden, and the ‘Battenberg St. - Filip Kutev St.' National Cultural Heritage Site to the south.

We were given our assignments at different times - the hotel at the end of 2014, and the villa - at the end of 2015. The starting point was different too. The building on Alexander Battenberg St was in poor condition, literally almost falling apart, whilst the one on Republikanska St was in a much better state despite its rather unpleasant appearance.

After a long struggle with the institutions, we managed to defend the projects for the amendment of the Detailed Urban Development Plan and the Regulation and Construction Plan and the restoration of the building on Battenberg St, and to receive a building permit in 2016.

Both buildings were completed in 2016, and today they are a three-star hotel and a five-star villa.
